Klüber Lubrication Acquires TriboServ
Strategic expansion of the automatic lubrication systems portfolio
Munich / Geldersheim, 31. August 2025 – Klüber Lubrication, a global leader in specialty lubricants, announces the acquisition of TriboServ GmbH & Co. KG. The innovative German company, headquartered in Geldersheim in the Franconia region, specializes in the development of automatic lubricators and customized lubrication systems. With this acquisition, Klüber Lubrication strategically expands its portfolio to secure further growth. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
Through this acquisition, two highly specialized companies are joining forces to offer customers an even broader range of lubrication solutions and services. Both companies view the partnership as an ideal complement to their respective strengths and expect significant growth potential, particularly through collaboration in sales, application engineering, and customer service.
